Bankruptcy is a term used when you are no longer able to service your debts.  It not applies to business, but increasingly affecting individuals.  This could be caused by many reasons:

·       2 or more credit cards

·       Max’d out credit card limits

·       Unauthorised or extended overdraft limits

·       Mortgage or rent arrears

·       Job loss or reduced household income

·       Failed business venture

·       Relationship breakdown/separation/divorce
